Partners in the Gospel
- Convocation – Pastoral Council Members Attend (Jan 2023)
- Partners Parish Wide Introduction – Launch weekend Jan 20-21, 2023. Showed Archbishop’s video at Mass, Prayer Cards, after Mass Q&A in the community room.
- Archdiocesan Leadership Training for Pastoral Council - March 20
- Priests have initial discussions around proposed parish families (May/June 2023)
- Presented copies of the Archdiocesan Current Reality Report to Parishioners
- Provided training to Partners in the Gospel small group Facilitators and Scribes for POP and STG (September 2023)
- Hosted Partners in the Gospel Consultation of the Faithful Sessions at POP and STG September 23 – October 14; and a second round in December 2023
- Census letters sent to parishioners to update parishioner database records (May 2023)
- Parish Staq upgrades – dbase transition from PDS to Parish Staq (June 2023)

- Exploring the Liturgy Bulletin Inserts (April – May 2023)
- Teaching Mass held at both POP and STG (May 2023)
- Little Blue Book (Advent), Little Black Book (Lent), and Little White Book Easter Season available to all parishioners at STG and POP for personal use (English & Spanish)
- Reviewed Faith Formation Annual Plan
- Guatemalan Community Las Posadas Celebration with both parishes – December 2023 (200+)
- Filipino Community Simbang Gabi Celebration at St. Gabriel – December 2023 (500)
Gather and Inspire Encounter with Christ
- Parish Sound Systems – Bid revised sound system upgrades at POP and STG (Jan)
- Parish Sound System upgrade complete POP (Oct 2023); in progress at STG (Oct 2023)
- RESCUED – Catholic Alpha program. Council reviewed and recommended we consider hosting this program at a later date as it is very good but resource intensive.
- Pastoral Council hosts dinner for Confirmation Candidates and their Sponsors (April 2023) (80 people attended)
- Fr. Tilton drama (St. Luke Productions) hosted at St. Gabriel (April 2023) (attendance 50-60)
- New Parishioners and RCIA participants hosted for dinner and Ministry Fair (May 2023) (attendance - 80)
- Confirmation Mass for POP and STG (May 2023) (attendance - 500+)
- Baseball with Father Phuong – Tacoma Rainiers Game (August 2023) (attendance - 70)
- STG Parish Picnic (August 2023) (attendance - 300+)
- POP (St. Monica’s Guild) Oysterfest – Fundraiser for Parishioner Scholarships (reached thousands of people)
- Hometown Band Performances (June Concert and August Picnic)
- Bremerton Symphony production of Handel’s Messiah (attendance - 500+)
